Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Customer Service Representative.
Customer Service Representative Job Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM
Pay Rate: $18.00/hr
Location: Hamilton, OH
Customer Service Representative Requirements/Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
- Prior Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience required.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers, drivers, and management.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated and dependable.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
About the Customer Service Representative Role
As a Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:
- Process customer requests accurately and efficiently.
- Import customer orders into the Warehouse Management System.
- Generate outbound paperwork according to customer requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate driver delivery and pickup appointments.
- Collect, sign, and provide necessary paperwork to drivers.
- Scan, file, and send customer documentation.
- Respond to and proactively manage customer communication by email and phone.
- Look up inventory and other information for customers.
- Serve as a liaison between customers and management.
- Assist with resolving client concerns in a professional, organized, and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate customer and order documentation.
- Support daily customer service and warehouse operations as needed.
