Equipment Operator Requirements
- Previous experience operating skid steers, excavators, and bulldozers required
- Construction or heavy equipment operation experience required
- CDL is a plus
- Strong understanding of jobsite safety practices and heavy equipment operation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- English and Spanish-speaking candidates are welcome
Key Responsibilities
- Operate skid steers, excavators, bulldozers, and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently
- Support a factory expansion project, including storm utility installation and retaining wall construction
- Perform excavation, grading, trenching, and general site preparation work
- Follow project specifications, safety procedures, and supervisor direction
- Conduct routine equipment checks and report maintenance or safety concerns
- Work alongside labor crews and site teams to support project timelines
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Assist with additional construction duties as needed based on project demands
