CNC Milling & Lathe Operator
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $24.00–$30.00 per hour (based on experience and knowledge)

Crown Staffing is seeking an experienced CNC Milling & Lathe Operator to join a precision manufacturing team. This position is ideal for a machinist with strong setup experience who can confidently operate CNC milling and lathe equipment, make program edits, and ensure high-quality production standards.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC milling and lathe equipment
- Run 5-axis machining centers and ensure efficient production
- Edit existing CNC programs as needed
- Read and interpret G-code and M-code
- Perform machine setups, tool changes, and offsets
- Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met
- Troubleshoot machining and equipment issues
- Maintain accurate production and quality records
- Follow all safety and manufacturing procedures
- Work closely with team members to meet production goals
Qualifications
Required
- Experience operating CNC milling and lathe equipment
- Knowledge of G-code and M-code
- Ability to perform machine setups and edit programs
- Strong attention to detail and precision
- Quality control and inspection experience
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- High School Diploma or GED
