Licensed Practical Nurse – Rehab Float Pool
Somerset, KY
Pay: $23.00/hour
Night Shift Assignment
Schedule Information
- Night Shift
- 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM
Licensed Practical Nurse Requirements
- Current LPN/LVN license required
- Minimum of 2 years of LPN/LVN experience required
- Rehabilitation nursing experience required
- Strong medication administration, patient care, and clinical documentation skills
- Experience with mobility aids, patient lifts, transfer devices, medication administration systems, and EHR platforms
- Current CPR/BLS certification required
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment while maintaining professionalism and compassionate patient care
Key Responsibilities
- Provide rehabilitation nursing care to patients within LPN/LVN scope of practice
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
- Collect, document, and report patient information and condition changes to the RN and interdisciplinary team
- Support patient mobility goals, rehabilitation care plans, and daily nursing care needs
- Assist with patient repositioning, transfers, and mobility support as needed
- Communicate effectively with nurses, physicians, therapists, and other healthcare team members
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the electronic health record
- Support patient safety, infection prevention, and quality care standards throughout the shift
