Production and Bookbinding Associate Job Details

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:30 AM–3:45 PM; Friday, 6:30 AM–11:30 AM

Pay Range: $20.00/hr

Location: Golf Manor, OH

Production and Bookbinding Associate Requirements/Qualifications

Mechanically inclined and comfortable performing hands-on work.
Printing or bookbinding experience is helpful but not required.
Ability to accurately read a ruler and follow measurements and job specifications.
Basic math skills required.
Ability to safely lift and move up to 40 lbs.
Strong attention to detail and product quality.
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
Ability to safely use production tools, machinery, and equipment.
Basic mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
Dependable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a positive attitude.
Strong willingness to learn new production processes.

About the Production and Bookbinding Associate Role

As a Production and Bookbinding Associate, your responsibilities will include:

Assist with bookbinding, printing, assembly, and finishing operations.
Operate production tools, machinery, and equipment.
Measure, cut, and assemble materials accurately.
Read rulers, measurements, job specifications, and written instructions.
Perform basic math calculations related to production quantities and measurements.
Inspect completed products to ensure quality standards are met.
Package and prepare finished products.
Lift, move, and organize materials and finished products.
Perform minor equipment adjustments and basic troubleshooting.
Identify and resolve routine production issues.
Work with team members to complete jobs accurately and on schedule.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Perform additional production-related duties as assigned.
