Entry-Level Technician Job Details
7am-3:30pm | $19-$21/hr | Wood Dale, IL
The main responsibilities of the Entry- Level Technician will be to repair, test, and calibrate devices such as microbalances, scales, torque and cranes.
Responsibilities of the Entry-Level Technician will include:
- Assist with diagnosing and resolving basic technical issues on-site or through remote support
- Repair, service, and inspect customer-owned equipment
- Create evaluations in ERP system and prepare repair quotes to customers
- Learn to provide customer support and training on proper equipment use
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, issues, and resolutions
- Collaborate with team members to solve problems and gain hands-on knowledge
Requirements for the Entry-Level Technician role:
- Technical aptitude with a customer-focused mindset
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt
- HS Diploma or equivalent
