Service Technician Job Details
7am-3:30pm | $19-$21/hr | Wood Dale, IL
The main responsibilities of the Service Technician will be to repair, test, and calibrate scales up to 10,000 lbs.
Responsibilities of the Service Technician role will include:
- Assist with diagnosing and resolving basic technical issues on-site or through remote support
- Help perform routine maintenance and equipment installations
- Learn to provide customer support and training on proper equipment use
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, issues and resolutions
- Collaborate with team member to solve problems and gain hands-on knowledge
Requirements for the Service Technician role:
- Technical aptitude with a customer-focused mindset
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt
- HS Diploma or equivalent
