Pre-Installer
Lexington, KY
Pay: $18.00/hour, depending on experience
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire
Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 7:00 AM–4:30 PM
Friday: 7:00 AM–11:00 AM
Overtime: Possible/Mandatory

Pre-Installer Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of carpentry experience required
- Strong attention to detail
- Mechanically inclined with strong problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of OSHA and workplace safety practices
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain quality standards
- Neat, organized, and dependable work style
- Strong commitment to accuracy and completing assigned tasks
Key Responsibilities
- Install hardware on openings according to instructions from the Pre-Install Manager
- Repair, adjust, replace, and troubleshoot issues encountered during daily operations
- Follow all OSHA and company safety requirements
- Maintain a clean, neat, and organized work area
- Ensure completed work meets quality and accuracy standards
- Follow through on assigned responsibilities and commitments
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
