Field Technician Requirements
- Previous experience in restoration, construction, demolition, cleaning, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in residential and commercial environments.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work in areas affected by water or flood damage and mold.
- Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, and other confined or difficult-to-access areas.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety procedures.
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn restoration, remediation, cleaning, demolition, and insulation techniques.
About the Field Technician Role
As a Field Technician, your responsibilities will include:
- Perform cleaning and demolition services at residential and commercial restoration sites.
- Assist with cleanup and restoration of properties affected by flood and water damage.
- Perform mold abatement and remediation-related tasks as directed.
- Remove damaged materials and debris from affected areas.
- Perform heavy lifting and other physically demanding restoration duties.
- Assist with restoration projects at residential homes and commercial properties.
- Install insulation in attics and crawl spaces.
- Work safely in attics, crawl spaces, and other challenging work environments.
- Load, transport, and organize tools, equipment, and materials at job sites.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas throughout restoration projects.
- Follow company safety procedures and job-site requirements.
- Work closely with the restoration team to complete projects efficiently and according to specifications.
